Quality is great! The onion roast was a dream ... The goulash was excellent and spicy - just as it should be. The meat in all dishes is tender and to the point. Any time

I can also only judge the restaurant: We had a larger family celebration and were taken to a separate room. There we had enough space for us and the children and the service was super nice and very attentive. The food was really delicious and the cook asked how we were afterwards. The boss of the house also came by often and brought sweets and coloring materials for the children. The tables were decorated with fresh flowers for the celebration and all in all it was incredibly cozy and you immediately felt comfortable. Thank you for this lovely afternoon.

I can only rate the restaurant. Good home cooking with a good price-performance ratio. Very attentive and friendly service. I like to go here. If you are looking for a location for a wedding reception, you shouldn't go wrong here either.

Great service, although it was actually a day of rest, there was a delicious dinner, but that was explained to me when booking, at the breakfast buffet everything was there what you need. Staff very friendly. Since it was actually closed, the key was left for us and we were able to get to our room on arrival. Gladly again at any time. PS. Very suitable for cyclists.

Adler restaurant and room is a bit hidden in the district of Grüningen. Coming from Stuttgart on the B312, drive about one kilometer before Riedlingen towards Grüningen. Following the street to the T-junction, turn left and immediately right again, you are practically in front of it. It's a bright yellow building. The parking spaces are at the back, where the entrance to the reception can also be found. The terrace with seating in the warm season is also the entrance to the restaurant. The house is located relatively in the middle of the village, but it is only a few steps to get back to nature. Riedlingen itself can be reached on foot in around 25 minutes. reached. The restaurant is decorated in warm brown and red tones and invites you to linger immediately. It looks very cozy and tidy. Napkins, glasses and cutlery are placed on all seats so that you feel like you are in a 5 * restaurant. The service is very friendly and attentive. The card is not overloaded and also offers something unusual. You can choose from regularly changing menus or put together the sequence of dishes yourself. The Alb buffalo mozzarella is definitely to be recommended for the starters. There is something for every eating habit, be it vegetarian, pescetarian or wholesome. Children and seniors are also catered for. The fried trout fillet and the salmon stick with a herb crust were tested. Fried spring onions and baked potato dumplings were served with the trout. To round it off, there were ginger fruit dots, which looked a little like chutney. But this harmonized perfectly and gave the dish a surprising note. Only the term fillet was a bit overused, as some of the coarser bones from the head area were to be found. Rosemary potatoes and advised zucchini were added to the salmon steak, as were the ginger fruit dots. Unfortunately, the fish was not fried on the skin side, so it was cooked a little over the point, but not dry. The skin wasn't crispy either, a shame! The rosemary potatoes were on point and very aromatic, the zucchini was fried a little too much in deep oil, although it has to be said that this is common in Mediterranean cuisine. Fortunately, however, the excessive use of garlic was avoided. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. Whether desired or not, everything is kept very rustic. However, it does not look neglected, but only used but well cared for. The interior is kept in a bourgeois style in the style of the 60s and 70s. Everything in the bathroom is clean and mold-free, the only complaint is that the guide rail in the shower is broken and the glass doors must be moved with care. The extraordinarily good service should be pointed out again. All requests were met to 100% satisfaction! Again: This restaurant is clearly recommended!

I only rate the restaurant, I can not comment on the hotel! Traditional inn in a modern guise, with interesting, modern kitchen. I became aware of this restaurant through a contribution in the SWR Landesschau. The journey (an adventurous detour odyssey over the Alb) but was worth it. Priced a little higher but qualitatively quite justified. The sauce is a bit stingy, but on demand no problem ...
